Green Construction Services is an established general contractor in Central Florida. They sought to foster brand awareness, drive sales, and distinguish between its remodeling and restoration divisions while ensuring consumers and industry leaders of their promise of bringing peace of mind and a sense of relief. A newly developed website, tailored social media presence, and a strategic marketing campaign validated Green as an experienced and trustworthy general contractor. Reaching their sales goals solidified the process.


Website
As Green’s business model transformed, so did their website needs. It started with a microsite to articulate Green’s mission of bringing peace of mind while differentiating its role as a full-service insurance restoration and remodeling contractor.
One objective was to feature their skill and craftsmanship as a remodeling contractor and connect them with clients looking to transform their houses into dream homes. Green’s voice as a customer-centered company initially piques interest and guides users through the site, but it’s the photography of work galleries that grab their attention, showcasing Green’s design aesthetic and providing inspiration for prospective clients. But it wasn’t just about getting the phone to ring- it was about the target client being on the other end of the line. The right aesthetic, language, and education about the remodeling process prompted more promising leads.





Search
One of Green’s challenges was having to reestablish themselves with Google after employing a new website. However, targeted ads for remodels in specific areas open up avenues for Green to reach its ideal client. Pinpointing locations, customers, and services based on their needs led to more leads and conversions than ever before. Returning users gravitated to Green’s galleries of work, and SEO and SEM numbers were the best they’ve ever been. Green was now in the competition.


Video/Photography

With research into new target markets and customers, Green’s email distribution list grew to hit the inboxes of local plumbers, insurance agents and adjusters, and the general public to foster brand awareness of GCS Restoration. Emails communicated referral programs for plumbers and shrewd mitigation strategies for insurance, jump-starting relationships within those industries. Green began building rapport and trust and actually proving their promise of providing peace of mind. These email campaigns spoke to the specific audience’s needs and concerns, providing Green’s restoration expertise and, ultimately, peace of mind with their services.

Branding/Art Direction
Branding was already in place but there was a need to define audiences for restoration and remodeling services. By creating a distinction in their marketplaces, we developed a marketing strategy that would demonstrate the trust, professionalism, and peace of mind established by Green in their respective markets. GCS Restoration took advantage of the bold green color and enlarged logo for truck wraps and signage to stand out in the community, while GCS Remodel features a more understated elegance, illustrative of their new website.





Print/Direct Mail
From internal documents outlining the goals of the company to client handouts, each piece speaks to Green’s culture and aesthetic.


Looking to get the information directly into the hands of a target audience? Literally. A direct mail campaign to educate veterans about the Special Adaptive Housing Grant and Green’s role as a Universal Design Contractor was a successful venture with an almost 40% response rate. Green’s passion for serving veterans by transforming the lives of America’s heroes was underway.
